Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider. The Playform application is hosted on Vercel. Both services maintain industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Your information is visible only to authorized members of your team based on assigned role permissions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

You can delete your account directly from the Account page within the app. Deletion is permanent and will remove your access to all teams, rosters, schedules, and updates. You may also contact us at support@playformhq.com for additional assistance.
Playform is intended for use by team coaches, administrators, players, and parents. Accounts for minors must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Playform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
